Aaron Davis
Hi, I’m Aaron Davis. I love the process of hiring people, especially those that are hard to find. It all starts with figuring out the important things that need done and the most compelling things about the work opportunity. I’m naturally curious about building things and growing businesses, so it just fits.
I started my first business back in 2003, falling in love with the art of leading and growing a company. A few years later I got into tech staffing. Since then I built a talent acquisition team for a $10B enterprise, led a software consulting firm through multiplying growth, served as the CEO for a real estate investment firm, and founded my talent search firm, Reliant Search Group.
My family and business are based in southwest Ohio, my home for over two decades. This is where I raised my kids, did my MBA and continue to record my podcast, “Being Built”. I serve clients all over the country, with the majority coming from local relationships in the business community.

Alea exudes our cultural values of Reliability, Sincerity and Curiosity. She brings nearly a decade of experience leading critical searches in engineering, technology and related business functions. Alea’s an advocate for inclusivity and diversity in the workplace. She’s married with two daughters. Alea is also a competitive West Coast Swing dancer, and an overall fun person!
